I suffered left ovarian cyst, which I did surgery in 2016 and it reoccurred. I was bleeding everyday before the surgery, I was young when I had the surgery I think in my 200level So the doctor said, they scraped the affected part and didn't remove the left ovary because I'm of child bearing age But unfortunately it reoccurred. To the glory of God I'm good now. The pain is nothing to describe sis It's mostly severe that u can't bend even on bed, and sometimes u can't walk straight when it starts. It affects one's cycle most times. Sometimes is so sharp and sometimes it's all over your abdomen You'll be fine sis Please go for checkup
