You have to make sure you're checking the persons name that's on their cargo list. You are still rushing the process. I do the same thing, I know it's just a habit. But if you care about getting perfects, you have to slow down just a tiny bit. Give the snake icons more time to reveal itself b4 you just instantly move on to the next spot. Make sure you're close to the area/cargo that you're checking. Don't rush. Slow down. Especially after you've already spotted 1 snake icon.

For the papers, you have to check not just the passport but also the vehicle card and cargo list backgrounds. Catching a forged cargo list helps with the paper compare. Also check all the names- ID, Passport, Vehicle card, cargo list.
