Charlotte is the one that makes the most use of the highest gears in this race. No one shifts to fourth gear as early as she does and no one maintains the third gear as long as Charlotte in the uphills.

I agree she did it in 2011 world championships in the team sprint and her most memorable moment in Sochi in the relay when she was 25 seconds behind to win gold
