jay laid the solid foundation took all the risk, work the hardest during the toughest time (beginning of aomg)to promote newly launch label with lesser known artists. It was hard but glad that jay appointed a great partner like pumpkin to help it grow.
This is how a leader works, this is how you make an impact and help others to grow!!! It was nice to see him in this kinda type of video, to see him in the spotlight and learn more about his mindset and his determination as a CEO. I can see why Jay said ' the best partner' , they have similar views on how a label should work and on what the label should focus on. If you look at the growth of AOMG, its crazy how they went from 3 staff members to 40, from that tiny studio to having their own building !!!
This was an awesome video! I have been following AOMG since they opened back in 2013 and have attended all of the tours. One of the things I remember is that pumpkin always had this air of taking care of everyone and having that ceo air when I saw him. He was almost like the overseer of everything. I remember when they made him ceo and it just fit so dang well and I’m so proud of the care and proper management he has brought to AOMG. He is a pillar in the company and as a fan I am eternally grateful for all of his hard work and I will continue to support the AOMG artists for as long as I am able! Thank you so much Pumpkin ❤️
thank you AOMG for focusing on their artists, promotion, and music instead of the money. too many record labels now, some in the US and some in South Korea too, have built labels with the aim to profit as much as they can from the artists they sign. artists signed to those labels end up broke and in debt because of the contract, some even lost copyrights to their music and are forbidden to release new music. i trust in AOMG, i trust Jay Park, i trust DJ Pumkin, thanks for keeping it real.

Love that they didn't try to shape their artists according to what they think is better but instead doing their best on how to make their artists grow/success by being themselves.
I think the good thing about AOMG is that they let their artist to have FREEDOM. To do the kind of music that they want. Unlike the big artist agencies they only produce what the company wants. So much underrated artists are on stagnant and songs unheard because of their company. now that they have signed lee hi they are opening their doors for other singers not specifically only for rappers which aomg are known for. Aomg could be one of the biggest company in the upcoming years.
I was just a fan of Simon D and Jay Park and then slowly I got to know Gray, Loco, Hoody, Elo, Woo and others. And each time I couldn't help myself but fall in love with their music and personality ♥️ it's very rare where we see fans support everyone in the company almost with equal love. Now we know why, it's because they choose and nurture their artists with so much care💞 they also take personality into perspective which is really really important for the life of artist. Can't wait to see AOMG grow further 📈📈

SM, YG, JYP should see this. Especially SM, sm always focus on making profit before doing music and also good at controlling the artists. They gonna know who to sell first before making song to satisfy the target. The artists' success gonna exchange with mental health, robot life, etc.

저번에 코쿤님이 ph1이 진행하는 네이버 쇼에 나오셔서 언급하기로는, aomg 멤버 개개인마다 너무 바쁘고(다들 월드 투어 도는 수준이니..) 또 다들 색깔이 다 달라서, 프로듀서로서 어떻게 곡을 만들어야 하나 고민이 된다고 하셨어요 또 사람들이 aomg 컴필이라고 하면 기대가 너무 높아서 그만큼 만족시키기 어려울것 같다고 진행하기 쉽지 않을것 같다고 하셨어요

I know there's much more we can't see behing this video but I liked the transparency of Pumpkin talking about revenues and money as well, cause that's hella important for a company, especially for one in the music industry, which is subject to music trends changes, gossip/scandals (sadly in S.Korea) etc.

I know Aomg from Loco when he was a judge in SMTM 2014, idk Jay at that time but what make me from knowing the artists and love AOMG is from Simon D of course. later we know he got depressed from being co CEO as his nature just being musician. Now Simon D is seen happier and become his real self and focus on his music only while Pumpkin supports him alot. what would we ask more then. Love love from Ssamthing Special
