Huh just 2 years? What kind of broken law is this? 2 years later he will come out and start hurting human. Why not just give him life imprisonment??

I know you're probably used to sg's stricted laws and seeing him given two years must look like a short amount of time. Remember that he didn't end up killing the dog. He also didn't give the dog major injuries. Two years is understandable for this case. Imagine if this happened in any other country. The case wouldn't even been brought up into the court
