To me that was a horrible interview but I think all of his are horrible interviews I really don't understand the attraction for this guy He's not funny to me so yeah this is my opinion somebody else probably won't like it I could really give a flying
Andy Sipowicz has the greatest character arc of any television show in history, IMO. And Franz gives an absolutely exquisite performance.
I just finished watching all 12 seasons.
