Working on your tips for catching with the fingers made a huge difference for me. There are callus shavers and files out there that also help keep them smoother so they catch less, but another thing I've found to help alot is regularly using moisturizing lotion outside of training. Keeping them hydrated helps them to have a little more pliability, rather than the rock hard, deadened skin that tears off in chunks.

Especially as a musician/artist with sensitive hands acting as energetic conduits!!!

Been doing kb’s for a few years, noticing pinching of nerves, causing weird numbness across thumb, index, and middle fingers. I believe it’s from extending the wrist under load.

Nice to see my calouses match yours😆Catching the snatch is the hardest. Are there any drills to get that finger catch better?

...he actually has a drill with a palm catch (RUclips recommended after I posted). It's a bit advanced but i have to stop ripping my hands😭

Since I don't care about grip too much when using kettlebells (barbells deadlifts take care of that), I use a lifting strap during my swing snatches -- which is the one move that's murder on my palm skin. It takes my grip out of the movement so I can focus on getting max reps before my weakest link gives out.

My calluses still bleed and rip off when i just do a farmers walk with them. Should I grip them with my fingers instead of my palms?

Thanks for the video. Btw, I know you had made a video about stretching the shoulders using lacrosse / therapy balls and I am trying to find them. Would you happen to know the link/title?
    Thanks
