- This was such a phenomenal episode, which such a shock twist that we just didn't see coming - yet it made total sense. Brilliant writing and just a masterclass in acting from Iain de Caestecker. I know the sideline plot of Coulson / Hale isn't included, which was also awesome, but I wanted to concentrate on The Fitz storyline. Hope you enjoy!

those few seconds between "who are you talking to?" and jemma crashing through the plastic, as it begins to dawn on you exactly what's happening, are some of the most suspenseful seconds in any show ever no joke

I still can't get how many of the 'experts' up to Infinity War, that claimed to be the 'know it alls' of the Marvel Universe, have never watched or gave up in the first season on this show.
Exactly. MCU fans who haven't watched or sometimes even don't know about one of the best parts of the MCU.

Let's be honest: NOBODY saw that coming! That was one of the greatest and scariest plot twists in the history of television!
When Daisy says: " Who are you talking to?" we were all like "wait...what? Hold on a second!" But when he is revealed to be standing alone, everyone's jaw dropped!
Man, this is such phenomenal writing, not just paying off recent subplots with the ultimate swerve, but calling back to a past swerve and subplot.
The “who are you talking to” from Daisy is just weak enough for you to miss it but if you hear it, you’re bound to get briefly disoriented right before Jemma comes through and the wham twist happens. Mind-blowing
This episode broke so many reactors, but none moreso than poor Liam Duke. I wanted to give him a hug. Amazing show, and PHENOMENAL episode!

Iain is literally the definition of phenomenal
Iain was always brilliant as Fitz, but this episode was another level. He played three different versions of the character and all in one scene!

OMG thank you for this compilation, everyones reaction to this episode is amazing and hilarious, sorry but I laughed a lot watching this, but I feel you my fellow AoS fans, I still can't believe all of this and I'm still not ok.
I never really noticed how in the psycic split ep, he was really acting like s2 fitz wt his brain injury, huh, guess it like really brought it out.
Remember when they were trying to get away and Fitz rigged up the head cutting clothesline thing? Gemma was like WTF? I knew evil Fitz was still in there... as well as his hard core attitude re: space/Kasius.

The sheer audacity of the show to try exactly the same twist with the same character but then to pull it off so amazingly well.

The moment with the plastic is when you realize that Jemma's biggest fear ISNT the doctor but that Fitz and the Doctor are in fact the same person. That the Doctor and Fitz are one and the same.

AoS IS better than most of GoT seasons.
GoT can't touch it. These writers have taken things planted in the 1st and second seasons, coming back in later seasons that make you stand back and not say, 'I should have seen it coming', it's so tightly woven it blows your mind. It's not like you catching an addict sibling stealing the tv, or you even coming home and it's missing and he may be a suspect, it's your addict sibling taking the tv, sold it, got their drugs then replacing it with the identical model and months later you notice it's the wrong serial number, hence not your tv... On top of that, after you notice one of your kids walk in and ask 'who are you? It's that kind of mind blowing writing and acting. It's like the comedian Steven Wright used to say, you came home and everything was replaced with an exact replica of all your stuff. This is the best live action comic book show ever on television.
