I'm so terribly sorry for your loss Whitney! Please don't minimalize your worthiness for prayers and words of comfort, you are as deserving as anyone to receive them if not moreso! You don't realize how often you and your voice brings comfort to others; they are behind their devices going through their own pain and you bring us the light we need to get through the day! I think that your dress turned out amazing. You're also my hero, I wish I could deal with grief as gracefully as you do. You are definitely on my mind and I hope that the funeral went okay and that you're doing okay. In other, silly news, I'm still sewing on a hundred star patches to my husband's Halloween costume. My fingers are disintegrating. Having a great time. 😅

Sorry for your loss give yourself time. When I say time I mean timmmmmmmme. Be prepared for moments or even hours of unexpected sadness. Things are going to trigger you, but it is ok let yourself feel. When things happen that make me think or remember or be sad I like to believe it is because they are there with me and it is their way to let me know. Hugs .
