Translation for those looking for it (somewhat poetic instead of literal):
Glas koji diže se u visine

Fear, fear, fear the Winter
Notes:
‘Nizine’ literally translated means lowlands.
‘Visine’ literally translated means heights, but in this context of voice carrying through, closer translation would be referring to the heights of the mountain peaks - ‘planinski visovi (or visine)’ means mountain heights or mountain peaks.
‘Sin’ most commonly means son, however, it can also be used to mean any child.
Just as a side note but relevant example, in English language the word ‘girl’ used to mean a child - any child - but now refers to female child only, or ‘apple’ used to mean a fruit, but now refers to a very specific fruit, etc.
