Hi Bob and Jenny, a lovely campsite. Wow a whole field to yourselves very nice. Poppy enjoyed her walk around the campsite. Oh no getting locked in at the swimming pool. Safe journeys x Julie and Tony x
I'm laughing over the showers and the key card Bob.It's because it's exactly what I would do! I'm not tech savvy at all.Thank you for the laughs even if they were unintentional.😁 Safe travels.See you on the next.
Hi Bob and Jenny a great video as ever and looks a lovely site and is clean and tidy I’ve done similar with showers before especially in the past when not obvious! I think they need to invest in some facilities Definitely a place to chill out with that relaxed check in 😂😂 must have been great to have that space and the wine looked lovely! Looks like you are having a great time I agree it’s infuriating with the data roaming All the best to you both Daniel
Ha ha Bob! I did exactly the same and had a shower in the same disabled shower room , as the previous night the door was wedged open in the main shower block, so I didn’t realise you needed your card !
Great video. We’ve just left Cochem and were disappointed with some of the German facilities. Arrived in Kessel, Netherlands on a small site and it is spotless. There is super wooden cosy inside area with a log fire and bar. Leave your money in an honesty box. 20 euros. We fancy Denmark, so we are interested in what you think of the sites there. Keep up the good work. 👍🏼
Have you thought of getting a pair of VHF walkie talkie with a range of about a mile so both vehicles can talk to each other? Really useful if you lose sight of each other. Loving the mishaps, I'd be the same 😅
Jenny and Sue used What’s App to tell each other what the next junction was. Most of the time the Sat Navs agreed. Texting each other provided any easy means of checking this and was less distracting for the drivers. At times we were definitely more than a mile apart.
Hi Bob. We have a Garmin Tourer Three Plus sat nav and we’re struggling to find a dashboard mount for this device? Our van is a Mercedes coach built. Can you or anybody offer any advice? Many thanks Gareth.
If you haven't seen our videos for a while, I've been on a pre-diabetic program from Reed Wellbeing, since March this year. The program is a national prgram sponsored by the NHS. For further information please ask your GP. So far I've lost 20kg in weight following a suggested menu plan, cutting out white bread and other high carb foods.
@@BobEarnshawMoHo Wow, sorry I missed that. It seems to be working fantastically for you. Thanks for the info. I will look into this, I love white bread though.
I think anybody under the age of 45 would struggle with this technology I still like to go into a shop and pay my gas and electricity top up bill you get some people saying well you can do it on the app now , sat in your armchair I say no I would rather go to my local town centre and pay it over the counter . Do you think I am showing my age lol I am only 60 😂 🏴 .

Thank you for sharing your shower and reception “disasters”, it’s the thought of thing I would do. Take care Gill
I enjoy the reality of your trip. Simple things are not always simple. Enjoy.

Lol, think I said the reception man did the shortest introduction ever....
@@BobEarnshawMoHo so funny Bob. I’m so pleased I wasn’t the only one that did that .

Just down load a local e sim you your phone. Saves having to source a physical sim locally
I looked ta one from the US, but they wanted payment in dollars. Maybe I'l get one before I leave last time.

We used the Garmin Friction Mount on the dashboard on our previous motorhome.
Thanks bob
I use EE abroad, I have to pay £25 extra a month when we are away but you are allowed your full data allowance
Yes, I suppose that depends on your allowance and fair use policies. Our vodafone sim which is unlimited, allows us to use 25gb when roaming.
I'm with Tesco, no charges for data roaming until 2026 and my allowances is 50 GB month. Check the deals out at Kew Bob!
Thanks. I think it's subject to a fair use policy when roaming in the EU up to 23.2Gb of data.
Bob those bites may caused by blood thinners that is if you are on them? Shure that site would look far better in the peek of summer.
I'm not on any blood thinners. Or any drugs for that matter. The sites do look a bit tired at the end of season.
@@BobEarnshawMoHo Your far to tasty Bob?
How about trying an e-sim
Yes, it seemed to be difficult to buy one after we left. Next time maybe.
Are you regretting not getting an auto years ago?
Yes, should have done it a long time ago.
You look better for the weight loss, like when you were 25 !
Thank you!
Whats the secret to your weight loss Bob ? the eBike ? I could do with a bit less timber

I'm 8 years older than you but I worked with technology all my life. Some of it is not so obvious though!
