शशिभूषण प्रसाद सिंह vs स्टेट ऑफ बिहार केस, जो 6379 जूनियर इंजीनियरों की नियुक्ति प्रक्रिया को मेरिट लिस्ट आने के बाद रद्द करने से संबंधित था, कोर्ट ने बिहार सरकार को लताड़ लगाई है और 4 महीने के भीतर सभी इंजीनियरों की नियुक्ति करने का जजमेंट दिया है । मैं भी उसमें शामिल था । तब से ऐसे हर केस में उसी का रेफरेंस दे रहा है सुप्रीम कोर्ट ।

Eligibility Criteria can't be changed......ye bola hai SC ne... Judgement jis case me aaya hai usme eligibility criteria change kiya gaya hai...jisse kuch log bahar ho gaye..unke right to equality ka hanan hua..
UPPSC ne eligibility criteria nahi change kiya hai...1/2 shift se right to equality ka hanan nahi ho raha hai...sabko equal chances hai...
Court se kuch nahi hoga..Jo hoga aandolan/Political pressure se hi hoga

Don’t read headline of bar and bench portal….. read judgment language and reference case. SC judge clearly mention “ the process can not alter in mid way”. In reference case, they use “ high marks” , not the percentile. Higher marks are not the guarantee of higher percentile. So that’s the violation of equality.
