In this price range I do feel like things like the TV should be replaced before it’s even put on the market. Think of buying your coach and then having to wait for repairs and updates.
For $1000 or so, absolutely
Some folks don’t even watch TV especially in the bedroom. OMC can install one in a day if desired. I have updated the electronics in coaches to the tune of $10K only to be told
By the buyer that they will not even turn it on as they don’t watch TV.
The buyer can also pick out their own laminate flooring if they don’t want the excellent original carpet rather than have the seller pick it out. Terry
@@terrysmith2233Smith THIS! I don't watch TV even in my stick built. I believe TVs are stupid and a waste of time. Why would anyone go out in an RV and then sit and watch TV? It is like having TVs on boats. They are also dream stealers! The first thing I am going to do when I buy my rig is throw out (donate or something) whatever TVs are in the rig. Why would he spend money updating then have me tell him I want it taken out! I can't figure out why people pay extra money to have RVs with outdoor TVs either. Just saying!

Beautiful coach with semi monocoque chassis, strong. We have a ‘07 Navigator 45’ w/525 Cummins and tag. Super high quality and we love everything about it.! 👍
Do you have the vorad system? Thoughts on it?

Whilst I appreciate this is being sold on consignment it’s a great deal of money for a motorhome that is already needing upgrades. Just looking in the kitchen area I can’t see any form of hobs be they gas or electric? No practical TV in the bedroom? 15 year old carpets all detract from the price in my humble opinion.
Overall a great motorhome however, the upgrades need to be done either prior to sale or reflected in the price. I understand it’s not easy for the previous owner to comprehend what makes a great RV something easy to sale after almost 18 years of experience with their RV.

I think all the designer of class A need to look at the Vintage RV and rethink how to make a better RV.....
These engines come highly recommended by those who purport to know about such things.

Can you tell us Andrew about Monaco? Is it still around and operating? Are parts easy to get for it etc?
The brand doesn’t exactly exist anymore, but it is owned by REV group who owns Fleetwood. Parts and support is not an issue. They have several service centers, one in Coburg, OR where Monaco’s were originally built.
In the crash of 08 Monaco and many others went under. International (NAVSTAR) bought the rights to Monaco and put an engine in it that was not good (09 and after) so then they sold to REV Group that owns Fleetwood, American, and also builds fire trucks.
The thing folks need to know is after 2009 the Monaco products (this also includes Beaver and Holiday Rambler) are no longer built the same as previously. They went to a rail chassis and also cut many other corners. The Monaco’s, Holiday Ramblers, and Beavers were never built to the higher quality after that. Terry
@@ggallant1 Thank you very much, I appreciate your notes here. I am learning about the various brands of Motorhomes. I draw caricatures here in Winnipeg and I travel with an amusement carnival. We go to small towns in the province so in due time I like to purchase a motorhome. I just have to learn the various brands etc.

the only thing bad about a washer/dryer combo is when one goes you will need to replace the whole thing
