This technique makes a beautiful wreath. It’s been around for 4-5 years. Jennifer of JKats Kreations created this back then. The sign says it all!

Have you ever used any of the wreath boards that dollar tree carries? I believe they have two different sizes.
I saw them and I wasn't impressed because they don't lay flat and the quality just isn't the same.
