Thank you for showing toppers!! It’s great to see a topper without bio hair underneath so we get an idea of coverage. I tried a lace front topper (of course I didn’t think to measure before I ordered and it hits right where my hair is thin), so I can’t get the lace to lay flat nor will it stay glued. Wigs seem more secure to me, but summer is coming!
Aaah yes. Measuring is definitely necessary! Sorry to hear that doesn't quite work for you. Hopefully you can find something that works before summer! A topper would be so nice to have to help with the heat!

I cannot still decide what to do with my thin grey hair with thin coverage but want a bit of volume. So light topper with montop Bell tres Peerless 19" chrome curtain bang in front. But not sure it would look good on me? So haven't decided. Just mentioning. Thanks again
I’ve worn hair toppers for about ten years. I have to move onto wigs now because my hair is getting too thin. But toppers are wonderful and a life saver. Hair loss stinks and I’m very uncomfortable without alternative hair on.
Thank you for this review. What is a little bit concerning is the lack of coverage in the back on all of them. The front is great though. I understand that you have to have bio hair but may it will be noticeable the different texture. Do you think that RW or JR toppers offer more coverage in the back?
What about curly (more than wavy) 14 inch lace topper????? Don’t know what is happening but I’m getting very thin. I want to go with a bob look. I’ve been wearing it up for so long because of it being so thin.
Newbie here.. HOW do you decide WHAT COLOR to get to blend with your bio-hair? I don't color my bio-hair. It's going gray but it is more or a frosti blonde currently if that makes sense? Can anyone advise? :)
I discovered that, sadly, toppers don't work for me, but that last one with the bangs was so pretty that it made me wish that they didn't hurt me as they did; I just couldn't ever get the clips to be comfortable. 😥 Toppers really are such a great idea for those who can tolerate them!
I used to make wiglets ( topper) and wigs for people with alopecia and you can use glue or double sided tape if you don’t have hair. I made toupees for men and they used glue and tape whatever they preferred. I only used real hair which you could colour if you changed your hair colour or foils.
The only bad thing about toppers is the clips will cause hair loss in the area you clip. You will need to move the clips around or you will end up with bald spots there. The other problem is getting it to match your hair. It is easier to dye your hair to match the topper than to dye the topper. You can only dye a topper if it is human hair. You cannot dye synthetic hair.
@@chiquelwigs it’s possible I haven’t given it enough of a chance tbh. I am quite experienced with toppers, etc, but that issue you were having with the bangs I got so frustrated with. Lol. Like they kept coming out of the longer pieces, and the longer pieces broke the bangs up. A really weird puzzle. I might work on it some more, and maybe worst case, I’ll use it for high ponytail days. 🙂
