Best part of video was spending time with your friend Tom and sharing the love of elk hunting and the outdoors! We all need to do that more with others! Great job Ross!
To have a 100 elk day is a dream day for me! Late adult onset hunter. Been archery hunting for 4 years. Only seen a handful of elk. But man is it fun chasing them and learning about them! Great video! Can’t wait to see the follow up!
Great video, "I don't usually hunt in a T-shirt... o sh*t right here" haha that's the best. All while wheezing up that steep hill. I know that wheez!! I do not like those crunchy leaves or those dang floaty spider webs!
My favorite part of your video is the amount of animals you encountered. It's getting harder and harder nowadays. It's nice to see a fellow hunter putting miles on their boots!!
You know I came for the giveaway haha!! My favorite parts were the Mountain Goat and the bugling next to that pond! That was amazing and it did sound like an echo chamber haha!
I'm not much of a rifle hunter and not one to pass much but that looked like a good time on the mountain, pretty cool that one antlered bull and the goat.
Loved everything about the video! Especially the mountain goat encounter! Now that’s cool!!! You passed on bulls trying to find the one and long story short, hunting is hunting! Successful I’m my book buddy!!!
Not sure if I like it or dislike it, but your ability to pass on a bull is incredible. Especially in Washington. I'm shooting all day long if that's my tag lol.
I love following along on your hunts bud, honestly feels like my own videos on my channel. Very Relatable and can't wait to see your next one up hope you tag a beast! Wish I would have had your tag wallet for my bull and lion this last season. Way to keep yourself disciplined on your expectations, for me it's hard to pass up a bull because I love having a full freezer 😁
Looked like fun out there seeing all that action! It was dead here on the west side for blacktail. The weather really did a number on the game animals this year winter is going to be really bad on them since the berries and fruits were late to bloom. Hope theres something for us next year if the predators dont clear them out before next season. Looking forward to part 2.
I would have shot the first bull and couldn't have passed up the one-horned bull! You have more will power than me. On a side note I just hit 300 subscribers on my channel a couple weeks also, congrats!

Loved the sunset you were glossing into and seeing the small 6 after the five point

I love the fact you had a goal for a bull and seemed prepared to pass up many shooters to get the bull you wanted. The weather this year was weird.

Love the booner chipmunk footage. It’s not always about the kill. It’s the little things that add up to make a great hunt.

We hear ya, this tag was not about meat, or antlers really.

Dig that jacket you got.
Is that a draw tag you have? Passing up some decent bulls.
Yes it was, go check out the scouting vids to get the back story.
But there are some really quality bulls in the unit
Crazy to pass any legal bull where you are hunting. No trophy hunting in this area. Can't eat them antlets good luck on your hunts.
Here to tell you to save me some meat..
