Road code clearly says, you have to brake and/or let them in to guarantee everyone's safety. It doesen't matter, how the car got to your right. This is another situation. Refusing to fulfull your part of the road code is a new situation and attempted murder is much heavier than illegal or dangerous overtaking (last one should be attempted murder aswell in some cases, but it's not in general). It's not just the overtaker that you are sending to heaven, it's also the oncoming traffic and/or maybe even yourself. I don't understand this stupidness to harass others over every sense and wish to live and survive. Both, the overtaker and the killer should be sent to prison at least 10 years only if nothing happens at all and at least 100 years, if something happens and they should never be allowed to drive anything else in traffic anymore besides a bus as passenger! Not even a bicycle!

The one with the silver Golf turning left at the traffic lights then going for a mad overtake seems weird. They seemed to let the other car go first at the lights (even though the Golf had priority), then get really angry at them. Why let the other car go if you don't want to be stuck behind them? Unless the other car made a rude gesture at them?
At 5:24 with the red car pulling out, the driver's view was obscured by the pedestrians; that's why she couldn't see the cammer. However, she should have waiting until she could see before pulling out.
