I enjoyed this movie so much. BLACK people are so very talented. and pictures such as Beloved gives a birsd eye view of our talents with actors from various times. Kimerly Eliese is so sweet and she tried. to hide her pain, but I saw through it as she missed her hubby. Never knew she was married or had a daughter. But so glad to hear shes ok. Hope she and. her daughter continue's doing wel.

This movie scared me so much in 1998
Thandiwe Newton played the hell out of that role. An adult woman mimicking the nuances of a murdered toddler---she was brilliant. I loved Kimberly Elise as Denver. Jonathan Demme creating this film exactly as written in the book required true vision and skill.
