    My son gifted me his book and he is a world Champion! Of course he will deliver some gold nuggets! I use Tony Gs Tipo 00 flour as well!

    I bought the bought the book but this part is the only part that has thrown me off. What consistency should it be when its balled because that looks like its super thick.
