I remember exactly what I going through in 2011... depression and a broken heart..... then I found this song... people really think that music doesn’t have a huge impact in a persons life but honestly if it wasn’t for avicii I probably wouldn’t be alive right now. Avicii your music gave me hope and most of all ... it gave me meaning to life. I miss you everyday.
This is the time I first heard this as well, to go back to those years…

If anyone is curious where this melody REALLY originated, it came from the Penguin Cafe Orchestra and it's called Perpetuum Mobile.
Yep Avicii took that and turned it into a modern piece of art, talent. The original is very likely one of the greatest classical melodies to ever have existed.

His music lifted me up 11 years ago exactly listening to Penguin first before the Fade into Darkness version. I was sick with a bad virus and his music lifted me up when I really needed it. Forever grateful Tim 😭❤️ love you and miss you always!

Today i revisit this song which Avicii gifted us - Whenever it was dropped in a club in 2011 - 2012 it created Mayhem on the dance floor - It is one of My fondest memories of the Man Tim Bergling who faded into darkness last night - A big salute to the man who gifted us this lovely music. I was one of those creatures who put my hands up in the air closed my eyes and danced my ass off to this masterpiece - May god grant him a special place in Heaven. He touched my soul with his music and bought everyone to life.
Still gives me chills to this day

My first avicii song
This is the piece of music that lead me to Avicii and it is actually what it was about the music industry that I honestly think helped kill him. he loved music and heard the original piece by the Penguin Cafe Orchestra and created this simpler piano melody from it. Then record company directors (Simon Cowell included) decided to steal this from him and have it used ONLY for Leona Lewis. Battle ensued over who owned it because lyrics rule and so do huge labels with legal teams. He had to settle for a "join" credit. It was the start of the end of his simple joy of the simple dance tune.
For a good while you could not get this on vinyl, it had been deleted to assure Leona of her hit.

The original is called "Perpetuum Mobile" by Cafe Orchestra. Aviicii sampled it to make this track. Educate yourself before attempting to correct others, you fucking idiot.

That would make sense if we were listening to that song. But we are listening to Avicii mix. SO in conclusion I am talking about Avicii's mix and no other mix of the song. So it would be between the non vocal edit and the vocal edit and the non vocal edit was first.

No it isn't you dolt - this is the original sample track that Avicii made that was actually took from another song altogether - a really old song actually, this is the second remake.
Fade Into Darkness was the THIRD remake, and Leona Lewis took it for the fourth - you all need to get your facts right. Also who even uses the ':3' face in this day and aye?
