There has been a lot of action this week, one main message is that the 50-day test is still alive. As you remember, 50-day tests and 200-day tests are very normal in up trends. We saw exogenous factors affecting the market in the form of artificial selling pressure from the Japanese carry trade or unwind. We have had unwinds in the past and will again in the future.
The same things are still moving the markets as last week; economic weakness, the Iranian response, and the Japanese unwind, which is likely done for now.
