Ironic how Rhaenyra never wanted to be a mom, when she is actually a really good one. she is so in love with all those kids of her. That birth scene where she is ecstatic over the baby was so sweet...
Wow damn, talking about adolescent relationships being almost romantic in nature, in their ownership, jealousy, connection etc, and saying its almost an eroticness. What a fascinating analysis of those types of relationships!
I once said to my grade 9 bff "had I been born a man I would have married you in an instant". We were girls. Looking back it was indeed quite homoerotical 😂
Knowing that Eve Best isn't plugged into the world of social media, I hope the people around her show her how fans react to her performance as Rhaenys, particularly in Episode 9. We LOVE you, Eve!
Woman has more b@lls than Viserys, should have been Queen. As much as he is a good person, he's weak af. Hell, I would have taken out of control reckless Damon over Viserys.
I feel, my fear about the beloved serie, has a way to let it's Supporting Characters, of the expected, & huge following & wide spread Worlds, as Thrones was, & is becoming, will sadly let Characters we come to know, but want to flush out, will only fall away. Even tho I know the Creative team, have their history already plotted out, I love the Sea King & Queen that should have been, they are Seafarers & Ride Dragon's, Sea Mist, Heir Targaryen son Lyall who may or may not join with Varsaries Valarian blood. But I want to see more about that power position Couple, their both so enigmatic, & you can feel the fire between them. Like Damian who as the bad yet like a confused privileged sick pup Prince, who rides the Blood worm, red Dragon, but isn't strong because of it, they work in concert & have the Targaryen rider's psychic connection, by blood, like his Niece fiesty Rhynaera. I hope these Characters continue to thrive in this Iteration of the GOT verse, not just as a faded tapestry of juggled & muti plus personas, but as realized & even more layers, to perceive. Instead of one off butcher writing jobs. I still fear, GOTs past, even tho I'm setting myself up to enjoy these beautiful lush Character's, & looking forward to all their pieces on the House of Targaryen, & Valerian board, to continue to surprise, & amaze, with fire, & blood on ward, no Matter how the journey goes. But, I'm definitely here for the twisting ride, & more, all of it... ❤️🔥🛡️🩸🗡️❤️🔥💀❤️🩹🌹🛡️❤️🔥 🌊👨🏼🦳👩🏼🦳👩🏿🦳👩🏼🦳🛡️🌊👩🏻🍼👬🏼🤴🏼 ✨🐶👩🏻🚀✨🌛🌛✨🤘🏼 Thank U Digital spy.❤️🔥💀❤️🔥 🔥🩸🔥🔥🩸🔥🔥🔥🩸🔥🔥🩸💀💀💀💯💥
I Just hope she has the same chemistry with Matt Smith that Milly does when they have scenes together because that chemistry has to be replicated when Emma D'arcy takes over the role. I hope the change of actor doesn't deplete the character dynamics that have been built upon. We'll just have to wait and see.
That bullshit mentality about women meaning to only be mothers or that it’s one or the other holds to this day. So many people see a woman’s “place” is at home with the kids and if you don’t have kids you aren’t a fulfilled woman which is not true at all. Or if you do you can’t work or if you work you can’t have kids. I remember when I got engaged I posted it on Facebook and a “friend” messaged me “I thought you wanted a career”. I don’t think I replied but things like that make you want to say “go fuck yourself”
I thought the suggestion that Rhaenyra and Alicent could have been romantic in a different time and space was a bit strange. I didn't interpret the scene in the godswoods that way at all. It was meant to show us that they are so close they're almost like sisters, they love and care for each other in a sisterly way. So when Alicent "betrays" Rhaenyra by marrying Viserys, it cuts deeper.
That was the catch. That scene was done in a "to each their own" manner, therefore the varied views of it. The actress herself (Emily Carey) affirmed that she found queer undertones in those particular moments.
Of course they play the queer undertones. The alphabet people aspect of the show is very popular these days. But the truth is, this is common among female friends. Nothing "eroticness" to it. It's a great marketing line anyway
It's pretty obvious that there is a love there. And as they've said before, when you are first connecting with someone on that deep emotional level, a lot of different types of love and affection can get tangled together. From their very first conversation when Rhaenyra said Cyrax would be able to fit two riders, there's a chemistry and flirtation that isn't strictly platonic. If it were Rhaenyra and a boy her age having those same conversations, i find it hard to believe people wouldn't see that there's more than JUST friendship there.
Why there has to be a sexual/romantic implication??? The interviewer is ok but that question was so offset. I see more like a sisterhood, supporting relationship. Why everything has to fall on the sexual context nowdays?
Actually, there is/was always a sexual or romantic tension on adolescent friendship.. I mean, mostly. And It's a topic that always was avoided, repressed, feared and rejected. But it is what it is and it will continue to be... This is the first time we're allowing these things actually. Something we should have done long ago..🖤
@@rizwanarashed5923you’re so right. there were times where i wondered if i liked my female friends and there were moments when a fleeting moment came to head about kissing them. like it sounds weird maybe to others. i don’t label my sexuality, i would say it’s fluid but i know some straight women who also have had that curiosity. me and my girl bestie in 3rd grade used to play “doctor” with each other too and as far as i know she’s a fully heterosexual woman. so idk it is that part of your life where you’re figuring shit out and you question your relationships with others
I've watched a few interviews with these 2 now and I'm curious, are they a real couple? Nothing wrong with that, was just wondering because they seem so lovey dovey.
We're so glad you enjoyed Janet's interview! 😊 You can see her talking MORE about House of the Dragon here 👉ruclips.net/video/yyVHZwuN45g/видео.html

I LOVE OLIVIA AND EMMA 🐉❤️🖤
They have done an amazing job. I was worried, because the young actors were amazing too.
Rhaenys has some Olenna vibes in her character.
