This track played in one of the best parts. You find about 3 other marines and they tell you about a bunch of black ops assassins are holed up in the next room. The only way out is through them. It was just plain amazing not only seeing the battle play out each time but actually being a part of it. For its time, the Half-Life AI was so life-like.

play it no really start with half life 1 (source or black mesa if you want, but just know that bm doesnt have xen finished yet) then hl2 and the episodes then do opposing force and blue shift and decay and stuff
@@rabbitdrink thats literally the order i played them in. Although I didnt finish hl1 first I finished it after hl2 and its episodes. EP 2 is probably my favourite because it has good action, good levels and the feeling of urgency and the feeling of combine trying to track you down and get the data package from you.

And then you accidentally shoot a barrel which causes a scripted chain reaction and blows the entire place up so you have to restart
sad it only lasts the two minutes. playing on hard, heh. took me a lot longer to clear out the area than two minutes, THERE WERE SO MANY OF THEM
