5 leaves of Laurel
1/4 cup of chicken bouillon
Salsa:

When she said she wanted to be a good mom by not forcing you to cook at a young age but she feels like she’s a bad mom for not teaching you guys how to cook 🥺 moms are so sweet. Same thing happened to me. My mom was the same, I eventually learned when I moved out with my bf. 😊

I had the privilege to learn a few recipes from my mom before she passed away. But I would stand in the kitchen and watch, and ask questions as she cooked. Eventually, she would have me help her make the food 😌. I still, to this day, regret not asking her more questions about all the food she cooked for us. She's been gone for 3 1/2 years now, I always have the urge to call her to ask, bit I can't do that anymore. If you have kids, definitely teach them young, so they won't have that empty feeling, and unanswered questions about this kind of stuff. That, and its a good way to bond with them 😊
At least teach some basics...I learned by watching...I put my kids in a teenage culinary classes as i don't have the patience lol

When I first started to watch the video I was like wtf? The maiz goes in towards the end. It was just way different than how I do it but then I remember there is no one way to do things. I actually want to try your recipe. There's more ingredients in your red sauce than in mine. Also I LOVE seeing moms and daughters doing things together.
