Cushion should be sufficient for most people, with the exception of the heavier and bigger players. You do get a smooth ride and nice transition with full-length React. Traction on my pair with a translucent outsole was a little inconsistent. I wasn’t getting a strong grip at times on a dusty court, but it was still decent in general. You can either go true to size or half size up, but for those with high volume feet it’s best to avoid these. Material quality is good, even though padding is minimal - and just as a reminder that being a women’s release puts a limit on the comfort and fit for a lot of us.

Men’s sizes are D width. Women’s are B width. I got both TTS and half size up. They run long. I had a black upper and found the material more “textile-like” rather than the clear mesh for your orange colourway. Good review as always, Tommy!

What pair did you like more? The TTS or half size up?
I like them very much, because they give me good lateral support. I use to struggle with ankle sprains and they do there job very well.
In terms of length I like it because i’ve rather long toes.
What I dont like are the short laces.

The launch color way with the solid sole has better traction than the translucent. I will say both pick up dust but the traction wasn't affected as much on the solid sole. The other thing, and I can't pinpoint why, but the launch pair is more comfortable material wise than the By You version. The material doesn't appear different but the By You version is just a bit stiffer and rougher. Not sure if it's the paint or dye (my launch color way is white). I love this shoe. I will admit, it's PERFECT wearing and almost perfect playing in. I think the soft material makes the containment a little worse than the other shoes I own, like the Ja, but everything else was perfect.
I also got a Nike By You pair. I based mine pff the Incredible Hulk with green and purple. I really enjoy mine, but I have solid outsole. It is a bit narrow even for me. I think it’s just because it is a women’s shoe mostly. Which Asics are you rocking most right now?

I feel like they are one of my better recent cops. Outside of the Kobe’s I feel like they compete with most performance shoes. I give them a 8.5/10

Yeah the thing is Kobe’s have always been on the narrower side, so I can hardly think of one like that recently tbh. A very underrated shoe that feels like Kobe’s is the Converse BB Trilliant CX, slightly better fit over the Sabrina 1…

Yep, these were narrow. Returned mine. Wish Nike made wide sizing.
Narrow forefoot is such a sin. It kills your balance and forms bunions long term. But these big brands keeps pushing this propaganda....

Not too sure tbh but one that comes to mind right away is the Ja 1 with that toe box shape. GT Hustle 2 should be good too for a more forgiving fit.

Thnks for the review. Im a size 11 tts but nikeByYou dont have size 11, they only have size 11.5. It fits perfectly not too tight but just little bit long, about one inch i would say. I got solid outsole . Bites great even if it’s that dusty and squicky too. I was planning to change the insole of it. Like move game day pro.

Can you make a video on the curry sz6 vs sz7, to show and talk about them side by side. I know the sz7 is better, but by how much? And if I should refund my sz6 for the sz7. They’re very similar with the same setup - I personally found the traction to have worked a little bit better on the 3Z7, but that’s about it really. Both are great budget options!

Umm not necessarily - these fit longer and even a bit narrower. Best suited for slim feet so it depends on your foot shape

I think they're fine, and I'm glad we have another full-length react + zoom setup, but yeah the hype and constant obsession with "Kobe-like" shoes has got a bit out of hand.

Terrible shoe IMO. Just like the Ja 1. KD 15, KD 16, bron 20, freak 5 all legit and so much better and elite. I think people just be biased when it comes to judging the way shoes perform at times
