i had 93 mk 4 only ever had couple plates welded on it great work horse had it 9 years only sold it b cause it was a dropside needed a tipper got ldv maxes now their great truks to never rust

The old ford pickup I would possibly make that into a tilting slide bed recovery body instead of the pickup bed for dumping muck off it that might be your answer till you get the damaged recovery wagon back

Most of what is no longer fit for the road will last another 5 - 10 years in Eastern Europe or Asia, for parts or to be turned into something else
