Nice Video Dude und schnickes PMR :) Funktechnik mit hochwertigen SWR und Wattmeter sind nicht günstig, aber dafür hat man Qualität der Preis für 70 €uronen kauft man auch nur ein mal^^ Bin gespannt, was noch an kommenden Videos mit dem PMR kommen mag :)
These things are a piece of crap. I just repaired one, it had a 500v ceramic blown. Looking at the capacitor, I really doubt that it was rated at 500 Volts. On top of that, it displayed a flat SWR with low power. This compared to two of my SWR meters an analyser, and my VNA. I believe this is due to the diodes, they're silicon and have too high of a forward voltage. So for the money, look elsewhere.
I disassembled it once and the capacitors are only in the display where sowiseo is not close to 500V, yes the diodes are silicon but that doesn't bother because the meter is built for higer power and than ist accurate I measured it with an oscilloscope and there is only a very smal error in the reading
