He is the perfect choice for captaincy after virat but I don't know how the hell rohith all of a sudden became the captain although he has little experience in SENA countries. Anjikya Deserved better.

Ajinkya Rahane , a true gentleman of the game ....both on & off the field . As she said frank answers , no unnecessary dilpomacy or skirting any question. A cricketer who did not get his due i think because of the increase in T20 cricket & his game more suited for the longer versions, quite like Cheteshwar Pujara another unsung hero of Indian cricket. Rahane my person fav from the cricket playing batch of Rohit, Virat , Pujara because i felt he always played the game in its true spirit with no cussing , swearing , antics etc. but as he so nicely put it, always played with intent ...because every current cricketer is often a role model for young budding cricketers . And Aaswad....yummy ... haven't been there in years , one of fav places too for vegetarian Maharashtrian cusinie...and i love their Masale bhat too 😋

Born and brought up in Dombivali since 3 years in Banglore for work ... I miss Dombivali so much every 6 months i visit ...but this year its been 8 months 😢
@@AKK0506 we also shifted to Thane.. i do miss phadke road, Ganpati mandir.. things have changed so much.. 20 25 yrs back it was so peaceful.. despite the rush of local trains.. it was bearable that time.. now its too crowded.. so many cafes n all.. but i still enjoy the kanitkar vada pav (trimurti).. whenever i visit.. some things thankfully dont change.. good old memories.. ❤️

One of the best Indian batsman in the overseas conditions. One of the best captain in test cricket. Can't forget Australia tour and both WTC Final were he was top scorer from Indian side.
Ajankya is a great thinker and should give all the credit to him for winning the series in Australia. He took the capitancy after India lost badly in Adealide and got all out for 36. He really played the great captain innings in melbourne and that helped our team go gain the confidence .. Most underrated player and deserves much more respect and also still some more cricket left in him.

Most adaptable batsman ever. He started his international cricket as an opener in ODIs, then he transitioned into a middle order bastman. He has always been a stroke player but he changed it successfully for being a marquee test player. His innings of 82 in a test match against SA in South Africa in hard bowling conditions, is probably one of the best test innings. Then he got a chance to lead team India with barest of resources to lead that team down under and achieve the sweetest test series victory ever and that too in Australia. Then he gets picked up by CSK as an opener and he just came into his own to score flurry of runs. Overall his adaptability to situations makes him a rare cricketer. Wishing him loads of luck going forward
Aaswad is one of my favourite restaurants. absolutely delicious food. even I go for Pithla bhakhri here. they have amazing Puran poli icecream !!! they have different kinds of Usal's. all delicious. Dalimbi usal, Kalya vatanyachi usal and their fried Sandgya mirchi is to die for !!! rates too are very reasonable 2 people can eat a lot under Rs. 1000 !!
Last time I went to Aswad it was small but always under the waiting state. After that they started renovating it and now it's different in terms of ambience...

He was natural successor to Kohli as Indian captain. And about poor form, what Rohit Sharma has done as batter in Test cricket (except the innings in India or against weak teams) , he never looked good against quality attacks, recent Nz series test matches is biggest example. But it's just dirty politics against Rahane n pujara.
@@vishalghule890 Agreed brother , I feel the trio of Pujara , Kohli & Rahane should not have been disturbed, they formed the core of test team that dominated 10 years and all 3 played equal part. Without Pujara & Rahane , Kohli is now alone and we look too much dependent on him

Ajinkya Rahane was the best captain to have, but BCCI and ravi shastri got busy giving all credit to Virat Kohli. He was a puppet of VK. No doubt virat has done great service as captain but that BGT series, it was Rahane who won it with young bunch of boys. Really a calming personality, and a true gentleman. He should have been respected by BCCI,by giving him more chances. I still believe he should be the test captain.
