Hey Steve, you can take a bus to Macau through the "Hongkong-Zhuhai-Macau bridge", the longest bridge in the world cross the ocean. Bridge is located close to the HK airport. And then you can enter Mainland China conveniently from Macau (to Zhuhai city).
Yeah jungle cruise is cool and the guide was weaving between three languages actually - mandarin and cantonese were in there too! I wonder if there are other trilingual rides out there! props to all the staff members

I think as foreigner you can enter mainland China by land, take metro from Hong Kong to Shenzhen Luohu station. Apply a landing visa in Luohu office. It is convenient but not many people know it. Even if you got rejected you can come back to Hong Kong with very cheap metro cost only. If you interested, definitely try this route. You can go to Shenzhen and Guangzhou for an easy trip. I know Japanese come to China in this way.

It still has a beautiful park and lake you can enjoy. (6,) and finally, you can not say YOU have visited Bejing if you have not tried the Peking Duck. Note that depending on which restaurant u choose, u may have to queue. I recommend the one Peking duck restaurant in front but a few steps away from the entrance front of Walking Street. The restaurant includes a hotel has a old chinese architecture. This one is less crowded , good value for your money and more tasty, in my opinion. I sorry I forgotten the name of the restaurant as I don't read chinese.

Hong Kong Disney has the most beautiful geographic position.
I prefer the one in Shanghai way more. More fun adrenaline rides. HK disney are great for smaller kids
