I got it a bit cheaper than that but yes, it's an expensive one due to how many double damage nodes it has. You can get way cheaper ones that still have the phys taken as nodes (and even more potentially) but just have less damage.
buy +2 fracture base, spam contempt essence till T3+ hybrid phys, make sure you only have 2 prefixes as of now, craft prefixes cannot be changed, aisling and pray for veiled prefix, unveil phys(100% for phys unveil), now your prefixes are done. Now in case your suffixes aren't empty you do Prefixes cannot be changed, scour, prefixes cannot be changed and Augment Speed hoping for T1 AS(1 in 19 iirc?), if you dont hit it, prefixes cannot be changed, scour and go till you're satifisfed with outcome, craft on Crit + stats and your bow is done
no u In all seriousness the layers of defense I go over in this video aren't tied to mageblood at all, petrified blood overleech + strengh of blood and phys taken conversion are super strong cores and do not interact with the belt in any way. (Phys taken conversion actually gets easier without a mageblood)

More updates to the character, any suggestions for the build in the future as always are welcome, but I think this is moving in a good direction!

Since you are using petrified blood and have zero ES, is bloodnotch combo a good addition to the build?
Or forbidden flesh/flame with Master surgeon, so you can have a life flask and use petrified blood with the whole life

You can make an extremely budget version, 40div is like 1/3rd the cost of a decent Ele bow
