Honestly I feel like renting is a smart move right now it’s a seller’s market and people are paying more than market value. The only way it would be smart to buy would be if you could get a good deal on a duplex but that’s hard to find. It’s better for you guys to save until the crash comes. Keep in mind it’s getting delayed due to postponements of mortgage payments.

Renting is so many rules you can make your own rules getting a house for me it benefits buying a house especially for dog owners like me. But just my opinion I think saving up buying a house is better

I get it! I moved out 2 years ago at 27 years old and I cried all the time! It makes you appreciate your family so much more and realize how blessed you are! It’s a huge change! I still get emotional thinking about it! It’s totally okay!
My husband and I rented for 8 years and we finally decided to buy a house last year. We felt ready don’t do it until your ready no since I’m rushing. We are currently pregnant and everything has a time and a place. ❤️💯

I moved out of my moms house back in Sept. & I totally get you! I was really home sick at first & waking up to a quiet empty house(my boyfriend works in the am) felt really weird. It will get better & you will learn to enjoy & love your space & tranquility. 💗 & the home decor definitely makes up for it!

I really feel that, I moved to NJ from FL and everyday it’s hard to even call my mom because I may break into tears. Even when I moved from home to an apartment an hour away from my family, I still cried a lot. But it’s just because of the love you have for your family. But God strengths and that’s how I deal with it. God bless

I am also married (your brother was actually our wedding coordinator) and I definitely feel living with our parents or family just isn't the same once you are trying to start a new chapter. I rushed into EVERYTHING! I got married 2 months after knowing him. I had just turned 19 when I got married and moved out. It was so hard! But we got through it and almost 7 years later, 2 babies later we're still together. I think everyones expierence with life is different and thats how life is.
We moved the week of shelter in home March 2020 and it took us 3 days to fully move out if the old apartment! And I loved being able to decorate our new place the vibe was totally positive. It took me about 4 months to fully move in and organize our stuff. I understand what you mean but now you can do your own thing of decorations and core cuz that's how I am too. Congrats on the move I know what it's like to finally do "adult tingz" 😂

Buy a house whenever you find the one because you don’t want to settle for less and then doesn’t feel right for you to live in place where you don’t like it , but also have in mind that you can renovate some spots in the house lol I also live with my parents and our toddler and (we pay bills) we do plan to find house to buy but there is not any we have found that we truly love we don’t want to rush things either so if it takes us 1-2 years to move out is okay 🤗 also best of luck to you both on finding something you both love 💞

I moved at 19 from NM to AZ two weeks in I called my mom crying and telling her I wanted to come home. She was like nope a chingarle no te me rajes. I did, and have a career I love still living in Phoenix on my own renting and living my best life. My dad passed away in 2019 and I have this terrible guilt. I should have stayed with him, spent more time with him, there’s nothing like living with the parents and I LOVE watching the love you have for yours. I see a lot of your dad in mine and anytime I get a glimpse of your daddy being cute it just warms my heart. All of that to say.. es la ley de la vida. Parents understand and they want you to be happy wherever that takes you 💜💜💜🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽
You should look into a Honda Pilot. I drive a 2004 Honda Pilot. I purchased it used in 2009 and it had at least 150,000 miles. I love my old Pilot! It fits 8 people. I am able to move furniture in it. It’s worked great for my family.

I feel like it's seen more in us Hispanics who grow up so close to our family and the values our mom's set on us. Plus we always feel protected with them. And I'm not speaking for all but I know a lot of us grow up this way. At the end of the day, they will always be there for you and I'm sure they have 0 problem with you going over to Karina's every day. So surely you can pop by whenever you feel a little down or you can occupy yourself by enjoying a movie/game night with Bryan. Girl yes take your time. I am 24 and I bought my house when I was 23. I had a baby girl so I was rushed to buy a house or rent. I chose to buy, but it is a huge commitment. Girl same, I too have separation anxiety from my parents. Like growing up Mexican, we are so used to having our family so close to us. If I ever get a house, I would need to to live near my parents or have them live with me. but they are now saying that they are going to move back to Mexcio, sooo ya valio my plans 😭

Girl I moved out on August of 2020 and it was a pain in the ass I started packing a week before we moved things that we really don’t use and ugh the day we moved I still had a lot to pack. I was packing while my husband was moving the things and we got everything moved in two days and everything unpacked like in 2 weeks I was just super tired. We moved in the middle of the pandemic so I was making sure everything in the new place was disinfected
So basically it was like 3 weeks and 1/2 process lol and that’s not including the decorations I did and I had to wait 3 months for my sofas to arrive. Oh and we moved from a one bed to a 3 bedroom BIG DIFFERENCE
