I really can't believe Stanley is 4 months old already! He is such a beautiful baby. And I think you are looking fantastic! I am still just loving your vlogs and the sweet way you are with your family. I am now only 5 and a half weeks from my due date. I can't wait to have my little boy in my arms. Have a good week!
Our Otis is 13 weeks old now and I can’t believe how quickly the time has gone. He doesn’t sleep through but there are some sleep improvements which is good. I’m loving that he is smiling and more alert. It is such a joy to see their little personalities come to life
Stanley looks so happy bless him! And you look amazing! My little girl is now 3 months and two weeks so she’s nearly 4 months, I’ve been keeping up with your videos since early pregnancy and would really love a baby development through play video. You are amazing Charlotte, you are an inspiration and I love how you find the time to make these videos and you are such an amazing mother. Love watching you. Keep it up... Catherine x
My son had laryngomalasia. He never needed the scope but his was apparently worsened by his severe reflux damaging his throat and the reflux made him struggle to gain weight making I'm fail to thrive. He used so make an awful screeching noise when feeding or sleeping. He grew out of it and no ill affects in the long term. X
Shouf W T3alam one his medication was right and his reflux settled I noticed an improvement. I'd say by 6 months? He would still occasionally make the screeching noise until he was one. It just became normal to us!
Alice Kelly my baby is 8 months and still makes the stridor noise, specially when sleeping but it’s not as bad as it was before. Hopefully, she’s growing out of it.
Shouf W T3alam My feeling was he wasn't bothered by it once his reflux was controlled so it stopped bothering me. I think I was more concerned that he struggled to gain weight and at times classed as failing to thrive. But he is a happy healthy (tiny) two year old now. X
Hey charlotte. My daughter is 2 weeks younger than stan and had terrible constipation from 1 to 2 months on cow and gate stage 1. Our life saver was aptimel comfort milk (they have not changed the formula on the comfort range) and giving her 2 doses (1 in morning and 1 at night) of 2.5ml of lactulose. You can buy that from any chemist.
My baby who is around the same age as Stan also loves the Hipp Organic powder milk. She could never take aptamil without being very sick. The Hipp Organic has never made her constipated. You also look amazing, accepting our postpartum bodies is difficult, I feel like I would feel better if I lost more weight but 4 months isn’t long. You’re doing great! Stan is a gorgeous boy!
Since the aptamil issue there has been no stage 1 in any of the shops near us so we had no choice but to change, we actually decided to just try the mamia powder after much googling of reviews. It mixes SO much better, you don’t get any of the insane foam you get with the aptamil powder and it just seems less synthetic. It’s only been a few days but so far so good for us! P.S my beautiful big lump of a newborn is in the 98th percentile...he is 11lb9oz and 4 weeks old...we are hoping for a plateau soon, he looks like a 4 month old rather than 4 week!
Stan the man is such a cutie!! My Rayray(Raiden) is only a day younger than him and they are advancing so much aren't they?! You're doing such an amazing job, Charolette. I look up to you in so many ways. Stay lovely❤
I would recommend cow and gate 100% we used aptamil and it made our little boy constipated and not happy. Can’t wait for your weaning videos. Jackson loves his musy’s as well and his yummirings xx
I’m 20 weeks pregnant with my 3rd and final baby. I already have a girl (5) and boy (4) this we found out today that this lil smidge is a boy! I’m over the moon, so happy. I got emotional when we got told the gender because I’d been waiting so long to find out. I’m so excited that we’ll be getting a little beautiful boy at the end of November x
Hi Charlotte, He really is so beautiful, glad you ended up with a sleeper this time! I’d love to know how your getting on with the high chair, we are pregnant with our first baby and would love to know if it’s worth it. We have two cocker spaniels and I thought that it would be great to keep the baby up and out I the way of them.
My baby girl is 2 weeks younger than Stan so really interesting to see how their development compares (i know you shouldn't compare babies but us Mums always do dont we!!). Shes teeny tiny though and having some weight gain issues.. Weighing a tiny 8lb 8oz currently! Love your videos Charlotte xx
You look amazing well done and my little boy Isaac who is 4 months is on SMA PRO formula . It's been out for 90 years and it's what I had as a baby so I've always stuck with that if I had to move on from breastfeeding. It's always been a good one for my babies. Your such a great mum I love your vlogs and pleased Stanley is doing well.xxxx
I had this exact problem with my baby. I ended up putting him on cow and gate and that really made a difference. Also, I don't know if you've tried this but we cut a muslin into quarters to make it a bit safer for him to have when he goes to sleep.
We probably tried every milk on the market for our 4 month old and we had to change bottles twice too! Out of all the pricey milks I tried he has settled best on the Mamia formula by Aldi which I tried on whim. He loves it and has been finishing his bottles at every feed which is a miracle for him as he also suffers from silent reflux and really used to struggle at every feed. Stan is gorgeous btw 😍😍😍 xx
Thank you Charlotte for this video . I was going to ask you to do baby related video too. Yes please do more baby routine! It will be so helpful to pregnant women's like me . :) xxx
Charlotte you look amazing and your vid was a really lovely down to earth chat! but sorry to say I could not take my eyes off Stan - he stole the show.....😍😍😍
Hipp organic is the best! My little one was on aptamil and he went from pooing once a day to during or after every feed, sometimes 7/8 times a day. We swapped to hipp and he’s back to once a day! So much gentler on the tummy xx
I’d love to know where your dress is from? it’s so flattering on you, I’m currently 3 1/2 months postpartum so looking for anything I could feel good in clothes wise!
@@CharlotteLouiseTaylor wow! That’s great!! I’m hoping my son fully outgrows it by then too 🙏🏼. He is currently 4 months and has been showing a lot of improvement. Has your son had any other other issues due to the laryngomalacia?
My little boys was similar with formula and constipation - I used to continue with piercer but give one feed of ready made a day to help plus it’s not as expensive then!! I use cow and gate too
I’ve had the same problem with the milk powder my baby was constipated for 2-3 days and I went to the doctor with him to make sure the milk powder I was giving him suited him , the doctor said if he poops to every 2-3 days even 4 that’s good because he’s gaining weight well
Hey Charlotte! My husband and I have watched all of your channel mum videos! We have a daughter who is 2 weeks younger and a big drooler! lol! Where can we get those Yummy Rings from? You are doing such a wonderful job with your children! xXx
Ahh I can't believe how fast it has gone😢 he is so so so soooooo cute😍😍 that is so amazing that he sleeps through! Mine haven't until after 2!! Well here is holding hope Albert does at 2 as he is 20 months and still getting up! You look incredible and glowing xx
I used gerber good start gentle. We could give my other daughter anything, but the good start gentle resulted in noticeably less regurgitation in my pukey baby.
Great video Charlotte! Love how Stan was looking at Mr Fox. My daughter Florence turns 3 months old on Saturday, so not far behind you. (I’m kellyandthebears on instagram). I got her weighed today before her 2nd round of jabs abs shes 16lb 11oz 😱, she was born at 10lb 11oz though. Florence has a dairy allergy and I’m combi feeding her but before the special formula, she had hipp organic which seemed gentle. I’d love a routines video btw. Xxxx

@@CharlotteLouiseTaylor thanks for the reply. My 2 month old is going through this and I am looking for a piece of hope outside of the 18 to 20 month timeline!
How generous that you share your story. A difficult baby condition that you were given but with your vigilance and devotion he is perfect. Well done.

Stan did so well sitting through the video! Gorgeous little man he is! 💙 You look fantastic Charlotte, I say it all the time, but you do!

Agree best formula shake ready made bottles are so hard to get
They were just changing the packaging on these! They are back in stock now on the hipp shop and will be everywhere in a few weeks I'd imagine!
Shame
I second that 👍👍

Hw is he now
My baby is the same way....high maintenance when is comes to formula...only drinks ready made or breastmilk 🥴😘
It is such a pain sometimes when the readymade is so expensive! Thankfully Stan grew out of it eventually! Well done on breastfeeding! xx
Love how is keeps looking up at you. My little boy is 5 months on Friday so just a little bit older xxx
How long did he have laryngomalacia?
