As soon as I thought I had covid last year , I have tumeric and ginger tea on standby....I drank that sh*t, took an asprin..I exercised to sweat it out a bit and slept...Next day I was a little bit weak but I was good to go..

When I had covid last year, just when it was new and the "experts" didn't know much about it, my doc prescribed me antibiotics for a week and steroids for a week. No change at all. So I mixed up garlic, ginger, lime, turmeric, peppers, onions and honey. Within 3 days I was much better
