They lack the creativity that they need I remember in SMM1 I would do levels like this and maybe add all bowsers and a troll or two and looking back those levels were just boring and it was designed to mess with people and not give them a fun time. Now I learn from my mistakes and try to create adventurous levels with some puzzles to solve

Not really, most of the level is just flat, the bob-ombs take to long to explode. I just really don't get the advantage over just using the timer or autoscroll(I suppose it would look nicer if it was done really well)

As much as I usually defend simple or even low-effort levels - just because it's low-effort or not that creative doesn't mean it can't be enjoyable - I do dislike the disconnected pipes and overall structure of it. If only a bit more effort was put into making the elements at least look complete, it would've been an Okay level that doesn't immediatly ring incompleteness and messiness. But that one, while I still wouldn't mind playing it and even kinda derive some pleasure from playing it, it just looks.....off.
Mine were just “LOL _____” or something in capitals. The most crappiest series I made was called “P Switch Invasion!!!!!!!!!” (that was the actual title) and I’m not planning to remake it. I should but something more explainable like “Boo Invasion” or some enemy invasion. Therefore I am not planning to remake it with P switches. I also spammed sounds because I thought they were “the best” like the laughing sound affect but I just spammed them.

SMW airship because I've seen many levels of SMM1 with THOSE TWO THEMES and it ANNOYED THE HECK OUT OF ME) 2. PLACE ENEMIES WHERE THE PLAYER(S) WILL DIE THE MOST!!!! 3. Make the level in less than 3 to 5 minutes (If the level creation time goes over this limit, it'll either be bad or good) 4. Place things that will annoy the player(s) 5. Give it a crappy name 6. A course where the flagpole is closest to the player(s) (Especially if your course is in Online Multiplayer Versus)
When you plat super mario maker 2 and you scroll through RUclips, wait i hipe my levels arent there. Unless these levels where simply made to troll and waste your lives its trash, but if the creator tried you dont have to publicly shame them though, not everyone is a great maker.

In one of my levels, I had to spam mushrooms for a tech. You know that when you are Super, going to a one-block hall makes the character crouch all the time, and the only way to get out is by pressing a lot of times "B"? Well, my level used that. It's not trash (For me). I don't know the Id since I don't have NSO and hasn't even beat the level.

I wouldn't really be that surprised that many such levels were liked by many people, since even I myself don't really hate or dislike simple, non-creative levels - even little timmy levels with enemy spam can still bring some basic gaming enjoyment if you just want to relax without expecting anything really smart or adventurous; they're still enjoyable, even if they're not that great. The Great doesnt destroy the real value of the (smaller but still good) Okay, if I can put it that way.
i like to think that some of these levels were made by young people, and they aren't really the type to create "amazing" levels yet, and are just testing things out. calling them outright garbage is just.. mean.
And who are they to decide what's garbage? They would rate a troll level garbage because of it being a troll level. And getting called out like this specifically is also pretty rude. If they had phrased it as "Poorly made courses" and not "TOP 10 GARBAGE COURSES" not to mention how lazily put together these videos are. I don't like these guys.

Testing things out, then posting them online? That would be like creating a prototype for an invention, then selling them immediately. Just to a lesser extent, because this is just a Mario maker level.
Japanese play alot of video games, so much than most of the mario maker 2 players are japanese and for the style honestly idk its maybe because they chose it and if the lvl is trash it will be most likely to be made by a kid or a new player
