    Glad I found you guys thanks for sharing this video. I have a couple questions. I smoke a lot of meat so its time to buy a grinder. We will use it mostly for sausage corse and fine cuts however my wife and I are talking about adding the raw diet to our dog's menu. Is the pro-cut 12 up to the task of grinding chicken meat with the bones still in the chicken parts or is it to small and not powerful enough? The other thing I wanted to ask besides the obvious deferents between the pro-cut 12fs vs the 12ss the ss is stainless is there a performance deferents between the two or is one just ss head? Thanks for any info and thanks for sharing your video.

    we just use the fine plate and get good results without having to do 2 seperate grinds

    i love you guys but your grinding all wrong.. you drop the meat in slowly let the auger take it before you drop more in. no need for a stomper if you do it this way. ice cold meat works the best for sure..
