Fun fact: Somi is a 4th degree Black Belt holder in Taekwondo. She is certified by Kukikwon as 사범님 Sa Bum Nim 4th Dan. In Korea regulations are that an official Taekowndo dojang (school) can only be opened by a 4th Dan or higher. TKD is the official national sport of Korea. So yah, her kicks are pretty on point. My first exposure to Somi was not from KPop, it was TKD in the form of her father who is also a 4th Dan Taekwondo instructor. He is a pretty cool guy.
