The duro is just such insane value. Add sapphire, ceramic and now a bracelet and you have a custom monster. Mine has travelled around the world, gone diving and recently in hot springs in New Zealand and still looks and runs like new. Thx Marc for taking our money with a smile

Awesome Mark, great idea. I have five (that’s 5) Duro’s lol, the only one i’m missing is the black with gold accent. Love these things, they’re indestructible and replaceable, and they just have this unmistakable look to them. When you catch another Duro lover in the wild, it’s almost like you both know this little secret that you can have an unbelievable watch for $60 and you’re forever joined by your affinity for common sense 😂

Awww man. If marc made a two tone duro bracelet, I'd pick a 3rd one too.
Don't get the black and gold. The 'gold'on the bezel doesn't match, and is more of a bronze. I'm currently awaiting a replacement bezel, but there aren't many to choose from.

I picked up the BRAC 75 bracelet, and I feel that it absolutely pumps up the look and feel of the Casio Duro! Is it bad that a want to put a sapphire crystal on it now. Thanks guys for bringing this out for us!
The Duro is an amazing watch. I’m keeping mine forever. Can’t wait to add a bracelet, and eventually a sapphire crystal. It’ll be a favorite in my collection no matter how extravagant my collection gets.
When I had this watch for a while I was floored with the accuracy. So I got mine (gold bezel) a black stainless steel curved-end bracelet band. Love it. (But then I favor a bracelet with no end-flap to catch on things). This is my kayaking/fishing/sailing/snorkeling (rare anymore) wet work watch. If the mineral crown gets bad wear I would indeed seek out a sapphire crystal. It's worth it. My everyday watch is a Hamilton Khakii King II bracelet. This Casio smokes it with 4X the accuracy. And my Hamilton holds +6 seconds a Month! So that alone endears it to my heart.

Some people just love customising their cheap watches. It isn't financially prudent, but people enjoy doing it. I have a Casio AE1200 that has been pulled apart, stuck in a bronze case with sapphire, and a decent brown leather strap. Cost around £200 to do up, but I get more enjoyment from that than I do from some more expensive watches.

Awesome idea Mark! Us watch modders are kind of crazy. I definitely have a Strapcode on a Pagani Design. Bracelet upgrades just add a great feeling to a watch with a subpar stock strap.

I seriously have always looked at my Islander bracelet and thought it'd be awesome on a Duro, because the only thing I don't like about the Duro is the factory strap. So I'm in for one.
Honestly the Duro + this for about $110-$115 is about as good of a quartz diver as you're going to find. It makes so much sense because all the value of the Duro is not in its strap lol
I just got a Jubilee for my Casio (Batman) and it really is worth every penny and then some. This bracelet takes the Duro to a whole new level and I'm going to load up on these for my other MDV106's. I'd bought the cheaper Aliexpress bracelet for this one before and stopped there because while they looked like what I wanted the end links were junk and they just felt cheap. That is not the case here. This bracelet is pure quality. Thanks for going to the effort of doing this right!
Great bracelet. I’d love to see a two tone jubilee style. I’m mid plan on a duro build and I want to make sure everything I want is available before I start.
You can find these sometimes at amazing prices. I found a Pepsi and an all blue dial at Walmart marked down to 11.77 🤯. Went back a few weeks later and got all black dial for 30. Got 3 quality divers for around 60 bucks, hellava deal

Makes perfect sense. I bought a Casio MRW-200H from Argos in the UK for only £13.29. I had to make it easy to swap NATO straps. The Jays & Kays adapters cost around £15. Bargain 😁

Marc, you’re right, the Duro slaps. I own three in black, blue and gilt. I’m not a modder, but I know many are and this is a great option to ditch the cheap resin strap they come with. Prices are creeping up on the Duro btw. All colorways except the black dial are pushing towards $80 retail

Fantastic!!! I’ve been waiting for a good bracelet to come out for the Duro and what a great price too!!! I’ve been wearing mine on a Kamasu bracelet which works well but isn’t a 100% fit. Will have to pick up on of these from Marc on Black Friday.

Hey Mark.. I ordered the Jubilee bracelet for my Duro and the fit is perfect. Very easy to replace and adjust. Makes my $50 watch look like a $500 watch. Very satisfied👍
I have few questions regarding this bracelet.
1. Does textures and colors match?
2. Does the curved end link shapes match curvature of the watch and the lugs?
My perfectionist brain will kill me if they don't match.

I purchased a really heavy stainless steel bracelet off of Amazon it's a jubilee bracelet it's not curved it's some off brand it cost as much as the watch itself but it definitely made the watch feel more premium and it makes it worth the $100 I spent all together

If Casio had made the duro with a bracelet like this they would sell it for double or even triple the price. The duro is such a great value at around $50 that I have absolutely no problem spending just as much for the bracelet.

The factory bracelets (from the models before the MDV-106), if you can find them, are around $75. Rolled links and all. A two-tone would be needed for the black and gold version of the watch.

I have a brand new blue one that has been in my closet for the past two years and I have never worn it. it’s not because there is something wrong with it. It’s just that I have gotten spoiled by some of the other watches on the market like some of my Islanders. I think that this band really does it justice. Maybe we will see some interesting bezel options in the future from islander.

Here's a short review: I ordered my Oyster-style bracelet pretty much as soon as I saw the video. It arrived quicker than initially expected, and I had to pay an additional 16 euros because I live in the EU (VAT). I have some thoughts about it after having spent a few days wearing it. First of all, the finishing is on point - without a flaw. The fact that he included regular spring bars along with the fat ones just goes to show that this guy is a true professional who knows what he's doing - my particular Duro would't take the fat spring bars so I had to use regular ones which easily clicked into place. I was very glad to see a screwdriver was also included, so I was able to adjust the bracelet right away. Overall, I have to say this bracelet elevates the watch far beyond it's price point. I had to take one link out from each side (two links in total) and pick the middle micro adjustment hole for the bracelet to fit my 7.5 inch wrist. It's a tad tight, but I don't mind. The gap between the end link and the first row of links was a bit wider than I expected. I suppose this might not be noticeable if your watch takes fat spring bars. However, there is one thing that makes me wonder if this is truly a heavy-duty bracelet, and that is the construction of the screw-pins. I took out 2 links, so I got to see 4 screw pins. They all look as if regular push pins were cut to a certain length and small screws were then soldered on top (a two-piece construction). As a result, all four screws are visibly off-centered at the upper (screw) part and I wonder if this could pose an issue long-term. Hopefully not.
Are there any spaces visible between the end links and the watch?
@@troll2637 No, the fit is tight and the tolerances are very, very small. The integration between the bracelet and case is 9/10 as far as I am concerned.

Nice! I bought a WatchGeco 22mm bracelet for mine while it was on sale. It's okay, but it doesn't taper and it just has a straight end link, nothing that mates with the lugs and case. It's great quality, but just doesn't match that well.
