Hi bro! I have a question. How are they for running? Could you tell me if they have some kind of absorption? Thank you!
You can run in them but honestly they’re not an everyday runner. Maybe just after a workout for a short distance. There is not very much absorption in the sole. More stable for squats and those types of workouts.

Do they have a hard heel like metcons?
Do you mean the back of the heel? The backs are not super hard but the bottom is definitely a harder sole much like metcons.
What are your Likes and Dislikes on these??
