Great Vid as ever Carl. Let's hope the 2wd class continues to grow throughout the championship with more people giving it a go with whatever Mchassis cars they have. The racing was great in both heats on Sunday with a great range of chassis' - Tamiya, Xpress, Carten and 3racing all represented at MK in 2wd and all racing well together with both 21.5 brushless and 21 brushed motor's. Credit to you for continuing to promote and encourage the Mchassis racers to get involved. Would love to see some of the Iconic Cup regulars have a go too, we need some M03's joining in! 😊
@@PopalongRC I definitely will mate. Hopefully the next 2 Midlands rounds at West Bridgford and Broxtowe could have a good Mchassis entry. WB has a strong class of brushed powered Mchassis weekly, and Broxtowe has the obvious Iconic connection so I'll do my best to encourage them all to join in.
I'm just getting into my local club M racing . They have a base class, simple upgrades to keep it budget friendly for starters. I started with the M-06 thinking RWD would be better. Boy, was a I wrong. All over the shop! :D The M-05 rips around and I'm loving it. Inspiring to see these properly fast cars being driven so well.
Great coverage as always Carl, it was a good event, mind you 7 cars on track at one time was pretty hectic! Looked like some superb driving in your finals. Well done!
Great race coverage. ❤ the pit view of all the cars with the shells off . Great to see all the Tamiya upgrades. Thanks Popalong guys for all you bring to the hobby...
Fabulous racing and coverage mate well done .....It's always nice to get a result but your absolutely right its about the little on track battles and close racing take make the hobby exciting....some fantastic race craft and etiquette .....Top Job A final next.
Wow, that looked like lots of fun, and very close racing! It was also nice to see a good variety of cars there too. The car at around 5.30 into the video looks suspiciously like a 3Racing Mini MG Evo. I had one, well still got bits of it, had to nick bits off it for my M07, which I sold weeks ago as I lost my job recently and needed the money. I'd love to get back into M chassis racing but nowhere near me to race, and I don't drive so that's buggered that plan🤣
awesome stuff guys. i wish we had events like this here in the u.s. it makes me want to open my own public track but not enough rc enthusiasts in my neck of the woods to make it a viable source of income. anyways keep up the great racing content
Gotto be happy with second it was tight between you two. Nice race
Cheers Alex … I’ll take a close fought 2nd over a runaway win any day… such a buzz during the race

I think it is a great stepping stone for M chassis racers to test themselves
You did a great job. You showed some real throttle control and clean racing.
Cheers Michael
I really focused on trying to do it clean … It would have been easy to give a tap on the way through but that is not the way
@@PopalongRC I have been to many races and got wrecked by an over anxious driver. Sometimes they end up wrecking themselves.
Good result mate. Was super close in F3, was a great watch.
Cheers Mike,
Look forward to seeing you at the next round
Nice job! Great to see some National rounds. Cheers for posting.

We are massive fans of the M chassis platform …
That 2nd race was epic. Shame about the mistake in the 3rd but still a good race. Great coverage. 👍

We are lucky to have so many options available to us
More to come soon
Well done Mr Pop
Cheers buddy
Thanks for the 🍕
What no M06 and M08?
We have a M06 but not racing it at the moment … M08 might do ok.
The 2wd class is actually called the FWD class in the MTC National rules, so the 06 & 08 etc wouldn't be legal.
