Thats why I love Shadow of mordor / shadow of war more than shooters etc. You are literally the badass in person, jumping into a crowd of enemys, slowy drawing your sword and then kill them this smooth...
For the amount of epicness and quality video this is way too underrated. I keep coming back to this video once a month or whatever to see the greatness of your skill and the combat system in this game.

Butt-Dumpling Fart-Goblin Sorry for taking so long to reply. Just been really busy with work. But the sword name is called "Humiliator" & imo is the best sword in the game. (before dlc, I haven't played them yet lol) But basically the main function to this sword & the reason why it turns green is because after you kill a caption, for 10.5 seconds you are allowed to make unlimited executions!!! So this sword is extremely important when attacking Fortresses alone, because after you kill one caption, it's a slaughter house for the other 2 captions who are left. & you can get around 7 or 8 executions in 10.5 seconds which only makes your job even easier. My secondary blade also causes an explosion on impact which is good for holding back guys who always wanna get up in your face. Lol if you check the ending on my latest Shadow of War Video I show all my gear & weapons I used during the attack. Hope this helps!!
Sourav Yes!! They are a pain in the ass!! I only look for fortresses that have axe fighters, they are the best for fluid combat because they just attack you. They don't hide behind shields or throw spears from the sidelines. So if I'm planning to make a video I look for only axe wielders 😉
I know this is an older vid now but I'm curious still; what build are you using? I like all mystic or all vendetta but both have obvious flaws, one being very good at putting down or recruiting hordes and one being very good at killing captains. I'd love a middle ground but can't seem to find one
In the first game that execution was only triggered on Warchiefs which were the highest ranking orc in that game. It seems in Shadow Of War executions like that are saved at least in my experience for Captains you have a history with or you had a really hard fight with. I think it is semi random though like everything in this game.
Epic Gamerz Unite The executions in Mordor weren’t as visually brutal but they had more slow mo and zoom in which made them feel more brutal personality. This game has way more variety though. I like both.
The combat is so smooth and fluid in the Shadow games, which is something that’s sorely lacking in AC Origins and Odyssey, from what I’ve seen so far.

The combat in this game is absolutely great, to see someone be able to master and perfect it to this level of skill, that’s amazing
sometimes you need the right gear too though, not just skill(unlike batman).
