Im an die hard divotee of Andavar. Truly i didn't even had any interest on indian 2 before the trailer but im not even disappointed a bit with the trailer somewhere i had the feeling that indian 2 will be a good one.
Prashanth, few things to highlight here. 1. Shankar already said this movie is purely his imagination in today's situation. And expecting bribery will be over after watching Indian 2 is absolutely dumb. 2. I don't know Kamal as a politician because I am not from India but Kamal is still a professional actor. So his duty is just to act according to the character. That doesn't mean he should behave the same off screen. Why are you looking at his ideology when you know clearly that he is acting in front of the camera? 3. The trailer looks messy and outdated, I agree with you but you also must mention that this is the longest making from Shankar, there are so many challenges. Example changes on producers, disputes between Lyca, Kamal and Shankar, some stunts man died and more issues. In my opinion you should congratulate Shankar for completing this movie despite so much hatred and challenges. Correct points Prashanth…frm the interviews of Kamal sir and Shankar sir, the Indian thatha is given a comic book vigilante treatment where age is no bar. Plus the makers hv the opportunity to introduce this character to the current generation…this film would not hv any bearing on Part 1. They are only using the title and titular character for the recall value. This has to be seen as a new film. So making comparisons to the original is unecessary.
