    I’ve stopped using Air BnB. With all the added fees, I might as well just get a hotel room.

    Honestly, I was so annoyed how much cleaning up I have to do after paying so called the “cleaning fee”. I’m glad to hear the changes.

    Been a superhost for years and I can say their customer service is atrocious and they are screwing hosts constantly. They are issuing full refunds to guests on a regular basis for every little thing. I’m sorry but if a guest books a stay in southern florida and sees an iguana how is that grounds for a refund??? You are expecting hosts to give away there properties for free??? It’s unbelievable and Brian you need to here the cries of your hosts -THERE ARE NO GUESTS WITHOUT US HOSTS. This practice needs to be corrected and you need to get back to supporting your hosts . We are your bread and butter. All you’ve done is enable scammy guests
