That wee range became my go to when I lived in Healesville. Anybody visiting from overseas got a tour along its spine. I've probably been up there more that any other hill I've summited (8 times?)...and I'm from Scotland!
@@getterryoutdoors Sugarloaf every time, at least as far as the farmyard. Once I bridged out of the cave through a gap. On a couple of trips in did the whole traverse. End to end… and one memorable one where we straddled the ridge off Sugarloaf for several hundred metres. A lot of fond memories between 2000 and 2006 on the range.

Did you get a go at the Sugarloaf climb? Gives the glutes and ticker a good squeeze. Hope to get back for a vlog on that one day.
