Some people in the punjabi indian community are doing the opposite encouraging negative behavior by international students to carry on his doing the opposite pointing out weaknesses and how this issue of international students from india affecting communities across Canada Sometimes I feel and think the Indian community here in Canada doing a diservice to these students urging them to carry on with this scam activities e.g encouraging nonsense citizenship demands and protest trying to game the immigration system. You have no idea how this damages the image of Indian community as Indian being seen as forcefully migrants that are entitled and demanding- something that an average Canadian might not understand
Private collages are eligible for work permits when it comes to an aviation.international student complete commercial pilot license can be eligible for work permits in private collages.which is still same old rules and nothing have changed.Government is just fooling people.
This is a half baked solution. Public Universities provide grants to private colleges and these private colleges are accredited with Public University. As far as I can tell, these caps don't apply to Private Colleges. They (un)intentionally made post secondary education even more exploitative.
There should be zero international students in Canada 🇨🇦 because we have enough, and there should be 90% on india and China because 80% students are coming from these 2 countries. Bring Doctors, Bring Trade person 🧍 Bring business mans Ask them to invest 10m in Canada in real business and follow them if they are Real give them PR but not students there should b no PR for student for now
Good suggestion. But investing 10M for a Canadian PR is not practical. They would get residency in comparable and better countries for a business investment of 1 to 2 M. Btw, Canada is not sought after by high net worth individuals. They rather move to the US or the UK.

The fact is International students is used like ATM machine. Instead of provinces providing the funding, they tend to rely on cash from foreign students, as they pay double the fees.

Will you fund university if they loose international revenue. Such revenue cap will devastate universities. 30 percent cap is fair enough
What about private universities like university Canada west. In bc, which is fake university making money is for profit university
