I use to watch this all the time when I was growing up. They were so close to that $5,000 it hurts that she missed it. I can only assume either she didnt see the ice cream or she did see it and panicked and didnt pick it up. I hear this is suppose to be coming back but I fear it just wont be the same, especially with a different host.

If I remember, Dave & Kim have appeared on the Sweep Of Champions, but however Kevin & JoAnn beat them by just $1 & believe it or not, Dave & Kim were Team 3 on that Episode.
That team should have read the manual --> Supermarket Sweep Contestant Tip #25: It is delusional to think you can win the sweep without any bonuses. 😀 🤣
Oh that was a heart breaking loss... If they thought of the final product a second faster, they would have probably had it... I wish with the situations like that happening, they at least give them another chance to play through the game for another chance to win. I know the Sweep of Champions was a thing they did, but I'm talking about very rare circumstances like this.

I love this show and the whole idea behind it, but come on, acting like they were adding BIG money to it, when the average earnings maybe went up 25-50 bucks.
