It may take a while to figure out the proper charges and the Constitutional clauses to bring them down. Any law act or statute that does not fall under the Constitution is null, void, theft, treason and whatever without statute of limitations. The Hart Celler Act was never ratified, nor was it ever brought up to the Supreme Court. Same thing with Roe V. Wade over 30 years later. Who knew it was an emergency(the election certification) it was purposefully kept out of the media and from the public which makes it worse! Go Yankees!

@@power2change If this were to occur, half of the republicans in congress would be kicked out along with the democrats. This would create significant stress and create more turmoil then you’d think. It would not necessarily create lead to more Republicans taking control and it would NOT lead to Trump getting reinstated. They are lying to you and creating false hope. Given the delay in the circuit court for not wanting to hear this case, it rose to SCOTUS. They will quickly VACATE this case from the docket because it has no merit.

It may take a while to figure out the proper charges and the Constitutional clauses to bring them down. Any law act or statute that does not fall under the Constitution is null, void, theft, treason and whatever without statute of limitations. The Hart Celler Act was never ratified, nor was it ever brought up to the Supreme Court. Same thing with Roe V. Wade over 30 years later. Who knew it was an emergency(the election certification) it was purposefully kept out of the media and from the public which makes it worse! Go Yankees!
