@@Jiyaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa yes they took the mobile (one plus 8pro) and gave me an 11r, I had to pay 2k for the new phone. They don’t require the box, charger or any other accessories. I had gone to their Kandivali service centre. This was back in July-September, their schemes seem to keep changing based on stock availabilities. But they will accept it with a broken back panel.
