  • Hello, all welcome to the channel, In this video I talked about how to make a centrifugal simulation on Solidworks, by centrifual analysis you can check whether your rotating part will fail or not like the blade of the fan, turbine, impeller, jet, etc. here in this simulation you can find stress, displacement, strain also factor of safety also.
    I made a fan for simulation and applied AISI304 material and here I changed unit SI to Matric the important term is applied RPM for simulation and angular acceleration.
    The formula for finding angular acceleration is:
    (3.14*RPM)/(30*Time) time needed in second only, You will get the answer is rpm^2
    By solving the formula we can get the value of angular acceleration.
    For the fixture, I used Fixed geometry and select the circular face which means here I fixed the Rotation axis of the body by fixing this circular face software will fix only the rotation axis not your body part so that your part rotates only on one axis.
    By applying the necessary steps like mesh and running the study, You will get the result of stress, displacement, strain, and factor of safety also.
    Outcome: For any rotating part like a fan turbine, impeller, propeller, jet here you can make a centrifugal simulation for checking that part's stress, displacement, strain, the factor of safety, etc.
