One thing I learned about myself is that, I never, not once, became better from tough love. It only broke me down and zapped my motivation. Tough love is not sustainable and it should never exist in loving and caring relationships. Criminals deserve tough love, not your Wife or your children!!
She looks fine. She can loose 130lbs straight away if she gets rid of that unsupportive man!!
Sad thing is she probably stayed. So her two kids aren't from him and someone else? She's taking medication to have his baby and gained weight? SMH, his superficial a-- behavior was always probably there and because she was homeless she looked at this as her rescuer and her fear is being back at that place with her kids, especially if he is taking care of them. I hope she left and moved on

That so-called friend is full of jealousy and hate towards Crystal. As someone who used to be plus sized I disagree with accepting obesity in our community. Why don't he go to counseling with her. Clothing should stop at a certain size. If you 're past a certain weight, some clothes look unflattering

This woman is soo beautiful, i would love to talk to her! I lost a lot of weight, but still dont love myself. It is not the scale who tells you you're not good, you tell it yourself. I had gastric bypass surgery I was 255, now I am just 106. But that self-love doesnot come by just loosing weight. I had a lot of health issues, that is also why I did this surgery, but the issues stayed, they even brought home some extra friends😂! So please ladies, you are beautiful. Love yourselves and dont let anybody tell you, you are not good they way God made you! I wish i was j7st as confident as she is!❤❤
