unnecessary, she could have given the dog away, but out of anger she acted irrationally and killed the dog. This is NOT someone who should

I was thinking the same thing: Doesn't she have dental insurance? Even if she doesn't have dental insurance, as Governor she surely has a large enough income to pay out-of-pocket for dental expenses.
